Panviva, a provider of performance support solutions have announced the U.S. launch of its partner program. The program that is a huge success in Australia and the UK, delivers revenue-generating benefits for enterprise application vendors, corporate training and content developers, and software integrators who resell, deploy, or support the company’s flagship performance support software, SupportPoint.
As a specialized, self-service knowledge base solution, SupportPoint provides context-specific information about an organization’s systems, processes, policies, tasks, and products to users at the moment-of- need. This not only improves system adoption rates but also minimizes ongoing training and support costs.
According to Effraim Herskovic, Panviva’s North American general manager, SupportPoint arms users with an intuitive tool that provides ongoing, immediate support, which results in increased productivity and reduces costs.
Herskovic said in a press release that the recent launch of SupportPoint in the U.S. generated significant interest from companies facing or preparing for post-implementation challenges of new enterprise software.
“Opening our partner program to this market allows partners to augment their existing capabilities and tap into new revenue channels, while providing greater value for their customers with SupportPoint,” he concluded.
SupportPoint can be used by partners that want to ensure measurable and lasting performance gains for their products and services, including:
- Service Partners can develop new training and support strategies, offer content creation and translation services, equip internal project teams with content development skills and tools, and support project implementation and change management.
- Reseller Partners can either use SupportPoint as a standalone product or as an integrated solution, with additional revenue opportunities in training and content development services, first-level product support, and major project and change management initiatives.
- Technology Partners can resell or recommend the use of SupportPoint as a process and technology support tool. This can be done in new deployments or major system changes of enterprise applications.
These partners can also create and sell standard or best-practice business processes documentation for their application’s use.
Headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, Panviva was established in 1996.
