Star2Star Updates VoIP Solution

Small to midsize businesses (SMBs) now have a new option when it comes to VoIP solutions. Heralding a market move from regional to national, Star2Star Communications, a maker of business grade Internet phone solutions, today announced the release version 2.0 of its VoIP phone tool for SMBs.

According to Joe Rhem, president and CTO of Star2Star: “The local and regional response to StarSystem has been phenomenal and we are eager to now be able to fulfill the many national dealer requests we receive for our product. While end user businesses continue to rave about the StarSystem’s powerful features, reliability and quality, businesses who finance their equipment purchase with Star2Star also consistently report being able to start using the system, even from the first month, with little to no out-of-pocket expense since the average business phone bill is cut in half.”

Continuing its mission to deliver a complete solution, Star2Star works exclusively with qualified and dedicated dealers. All certified dealers agree to follow the Star2Star Code of Fair Dealings to ensure that end user businesses can count on consistent, reliable and trustworthy service with The Star2Star Nationwide Dealer Network.

Rhem claims that dealers are “recognizing quite quickly that the business telecommunications marketplace is undergoing a revolution at two levels. The most obvious change is in how the calls are delivered: VoIP/Internet phone service is rapidly replacing the traditional — and much more expensive form of calling — that uses a pair of copper wires. The second is subtler and also more profound in its implications. The way people are working and communicating has changed radically over the past 10 years with the advancement of cell phone technology, mobile computing devices and the popularity of at-home offices.”

There is, however, a challenge to meet this change. According to Star2Star, the answer is to integrate these various forms of business communications into a next generation business telecommunication solution such as its release version 2.0. In fact, as both the PBX manufacturer and phone service provider (the dial tone), Star2Star is in a unique position to offer a complete phone solution that includes hardware, phone service, 24x7x365 monitoring of the phone system, network and call quality with 7-way backup that involves triple redundant internet connections, redundant phone carriers, redundant data center equipment, analog line switchover, disaster recovery (automatic call-forwarding if your office power is lost), automatic internet modem reset and optional dual-homed ISP connectivity.
