New Global Telecom (News - Alert) (NGT) has launched its Private Label VoIP Service. Channel Partners can use this complete outsourced solution to quickly and profitably launch a brandable VoIP solution to business end users.
The Private Label Service from NGT targets VARs, ASPs, ISPs, systems integrators, retailers and other non-traditional telecom providers with a highly-scalable, simple solution for adding hosted or trunk-based VoIP solutions to their service offerings.
According to Rebecca Swensen, research analyst for VoIP Services at IDC (News - Alert), enabling VARs with a solution that minimizes VoIP’s operational complexities is important for accelerating wide-spread adoption.
Swensen believes NGT’s Private Label Service reduces complexity and ensures a quality experience for the SMB customers of non-traditional service providers.
“Presidio Networked Solutions is known for our solutions-based sales and implementation of enterprise voice and data communications. Our diverse customer-base is demanding the flexibility of hosted and managed VoIP solutions,” said Dave Hart, chief technology officer for Presidio Networked Solutions, in a press release.
He continued: “NGT’s Private Label Service has enabled us to launch a compelling hosted VoIP and SIP trunk replacement offer to the marketplace without the capital investment required to become a telco.”
The company is targeting Private Label at providers who focus on selling services instead of managing the operational complexities of being a telecom provider. NGT’s service includes core VoIP packages, along with nationwide coverage, DIDs, e911 , end user billing and rating, end user device and network monitoring, fax services, CPE procurement, field services, toll-free services, audio/web conferencing and tier 1.5, tier 2 and tier 3 support.
